We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within a specified time period from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, have been altered, or are returned without original tags will not be eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

We do not offer cash refunds. However, if the desired item for exchange is not available, a credit voucher or store credit will be issued which can be used for future purchases.
